Proven experience in a previous role
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Producing products and carrying activities around producing products such as cutting, chopping, washing, mixing ingredients, labelling, picking according to daily production plans
Maintaining highest quality and productivity levels at all times.
Liaising with other High Care/ Low care team members to ensure production processes meet the demands of customers.
Providing support in sorting out production problems either for quality / shortages / damages where necessary.
Keeping production and dispatch free from ‘bottle necks’ and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched on an agreed timely basis”
Dispatching only products according to company specification, and undertaking visual product checks on packaging, labelling and finished product presentation.
To prepare and produce products to company specifications, instructions and SOP’s efficiently and within a timely manner to ensure despatch requirements are met. To ensure that the production running order in all departments is adhered to within efficient timings – i.e. Bakery, Veg Preparation, Chicken manufacture, Mix Room, Production Lines, Despatch & labels)
Help in other departments when requested and required
Reporting any problems in the production process to Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader and ensure safety and compliance at all times
Maintaining equipment and work practices within the production department in order to achieve maximum production efficiency, consistent product quality and minimal wastage
Adhering to all health and safety requirements of the job as indicated by the Manager, supervisor, Team Leader
Undertake any job specific training as required by the Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Training Co-ordinator and demanded by the post
Be aware of and follow all hygiene requirements of Deli*Lites
Undertaking cleaning duties related to maintaining the ‘Good Housekeeping’ & ‘Good Manufacturing,’ standards within all operational departments
