ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Third level qualification or minimum 3 years FMCG successful track record
Excellent communicator – both written and oral
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative
Excellent planning and organising skills
DUTIES
Supervise production and verify manufacture and labelling against specification.
Staff support and training
Maintenance of the quality management system.
Factory Audit management
Overall Responsibility for leading the continuous improvement processes.
Overall Responsibility for Verification of weight checks and daily calibration of scales.
Undertaking verification checks on CCP’s (HACCP) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
You will also possess:
Reliable and strong work ethic.
Good understanding of the English Language to include reading and writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus to company standards.
