REQUIRED CRITERIA
Training in security management.
At least 1 years experience as a security guard.
Experience in dealing with intruder and fire alarms, CCTV, and site access control.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment whilst proven experience of objective delivery.
DUTIES
Ensure an environment and culture of safe working practices are understood and maintained, by personally demonstrating safe behaviour and taking responsibility for the setting and management of facility maintenance and improvement works.
Ensure that Health and Safety risk assessments are completed and actioned.
Site Security – scheduled patrols of perimeter and internal stores.
Security of stock and van loading.
Daily reporting of any security incidents or concerns to the Head of Operations.
Intruder alarm management.
Access control of the site entrance gates for both personnel and vehicles.
Monitoring of the CCTV system and ensuring its correct and effective use in all relevant areas.
Fire Safety at Night.
Internal access control.
Register of visitors or contractors.
