HYGIENE SUPERVISOR (NIGHT)
DELI LITES are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor (Nights) for our busy Quality Team.
In your new role you will be the first point of contact for our Night Shift Hygiene team to report to. You will be responsible for the monitoring of Hygiene standards and monitoring hygiene team members on a daily basis to ensure targets are met.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Proven Experience in a similar role/environment.
DESIRED CRITERIA
- Understanding of HACCP.
- Chemical Safety awareness.
- Cooperative.
- Good team member.
- Punctuality.
YOUR DUTIES
- Making sure that everything you do complies with company procedures for health & safety and hygiene.
- Ensuring cleaning records are completed on a daily basis.
- Reporting issues to the Quality Manager that may result in compromised food safety or quality.
- Monitoring product quality standards.
- Sending handovers and reports where required as instructed by the Compliance manager.
- Informing the Quality Manager of any relevant staffing issues
- Monthly chemical stock take and ordering of chemicals.
- To carry out any other reasonable working instruction given by the Compliance manager.
- On the job training for new hygiene operatives.
- Creating and maintaining the Hygiene rota (to be signed off by Compliance manager)
- Ensure the site is audit ready at all times.
