- The Ultimate Chicken Tikka -
Succulent chicken breast meets a zingy tikka house made mayonnaise, complemented by sweet mango chutney, grilled peppers, crispy onions, and baby leaf spinach. This sandwich offers a nostalgic mix of tangy chicken tikka on McCloskey’s soft white bloomer bread, promising a burst of flavour in every bite.
The 'Zing'
Our chefs have handcrafted our tikka mayonnaise to ensure enough ‘zing’ with an undertone of subtle sweetness, emulating the nostalgic tikka flavour, famous during the 1990s.
The Harmony
We have added crispy onions, not for their texture but for their flavour. They add delicious savoury flavour notes, to perfectly balance the sweet mango chutney.
- Texan Smokehouse Club -
Savour the bold flavours of the Texan Smokehouse Club, featuring spiced chicken breast paired with sweet cure bacon, fresh vine tomatoes, and crunchy spinach. Enhanced with a Texan smokehouse spice and smokey homemade BBQ mayonnaise served on McCloskey’s soft granary bloomer bread.
The 'Idea'
Like most New Product Development, this idea came around ‘by accident’. A new, smokey Texan flavour made its way to Deli Lites HQ, our CEO and Chefs loved it. After some trial and error our Texan Smokehouse Club sandwich was finalised!
A taste of home
We have sourced our bread from local Drogheda based, artisan bakery McCloskey’s. Both Deli Lites and McCloskey’s remain as family-run businesses today, aligning through a passion for quality food across the island of Ireland.
