1. Our Climate Commitment
Measuring Our Impact Through Carbon Tracking
DELI LITES formally commits to supporting the global ambition of limiting temperature rise to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, in line with the Paris Agreement. To support this, we align our emissions reductions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 with science-based trajectories, prioritizing absolute reductions over offsetting. Progress against our SMART KPIs is tracked quarterly and reviewed at least every 36 months by our Board of Directors

Resource Allocation & Governance
DELI LITES commits to providing adequate human, technical, material, and financial resources to deliver this plan effectively. This includes a dedicated Sustainability Manager/ESG Champion, a cross-functional Climate Action Team, and ongoing staff training. We invest continuously in renewable energy systems (solar expansion), energy efficiency technologies, and advanced carbon tracking tools like Ella.
Value Chain Collaboration
Employees: 100% climate training completion target by 2026.
Suppliers: Mandatory emissions reporting by 2027 and strict enforcement of our Supplier Code of Practice.
Community: Active food redistribution partnerships with organizations like FareShare and environmental initiatives like Adopt-a-Spot.
